DELIVERY

  • How will my order be shipped?

Our packages are sent via BPost. Orders up to two items are always sent by regular mail and you will receive them in your letterbox.
If you order multiple or larger items (eg. vinyl or a sweater), we will send them as a postal package. BPost delivers your order during the day on the delivery address you specified. If you’re not present when the order is delivered, the BPost employee will leave a message in your letterbox with the address of the post office or postal point where you can fetch your parcel as of the next working day.

  • What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs within Belgium/The Netherlands are € 5 per order.
For other European countries it is € 10 per order.
Outside of Europe the shipping costs are € 15 per order.

  • Can I pick up my order myself?

Yes, you can pick up your order in Ghent. Place your order in the webshop, and we will contact you to make an appointment.

  • When will my order be delivered?
Orders are delivered within 10 business days. Unless it is a pre-order or otherwise stated with the product.
If you chose pickup, you will be contacted by us.
For countries outside Belgium, the delivery time may be longer.
  • The order I received is incomplete/incorrect, what should I do?

Always check whether the order you received is complete. If your order is incomplete or incorrect, please respond to the confirmation email we’ve send you and indicate as accurate as possible what is missing or incorrect.
We’ll contact you as soon as possible after receiving your message.

  • I live abroad, can I also order at Black Box Revelation?

Anyone can make an order at Black Box Revelation, even if you don’t live in Belgium.

EXCHANGE AN ITEM

  • Can I exchange an item that I purchased on your website?
Before your purchase, please consult the size chart of the product. If you are still in doubt or cannot find the correct table, do not hesitate to contact us first!
Still the wrong size? You can return unworn and undamaged items at your own expense. The first step is to send us a request for exchange. You can best do this by answering the confirmation e-mail you received from us. This way we immediately have all the information: order number, address ...
Then you will receive an email from us with the next steps.
  • Which items cannot be returned?

All items that have been worn, where the labels have been removed or damaged cannot be returned.
All audio items.
